Casual Queen operates a strict no-return policy on items shopped for in the physical stores upon leaving the store.

However, outfits shopped in-store, online or via our website can be exchanged within 72 hours only in the event of manufacturing error or damage.

We do not exchange if tags have been cut off or outfits have been worn.
