  Casual Queen operates a strict no-return policy on items shopped in the physical stores upon leaving the store.

  However, outfits shopped in-store, online or via our website can be exchanged within 72 hours only in the event of manufacturing error or damage.

  We do not exchange if tags have been cut off or outfits have been worn.

  Delivery

  All interstate and international deliveries are done through DHL.

  Deliveries take 5-10 working days in Lagos and 10-14 working days outside Lagos.

  International deliveries take 14 working days and above depending on the location.

  Same-day delivery would require call confirmation to find out the availability of the order and confirmation from the delivery company as well.

  CUSTOM DUTIES, TAXES or IMPORT FEES

  may apply when shipping to foreign countries, note that you will be responsible for any additional charges as a result of the aforementioned.
